New Music: Two Inch Astronaut Releases Debut Single off Forthcoming Album

Two Inch Astronaut

Two Inch Astronaut wasted no time in releasing new music. The Silver Spring-based post-punk trio is able to deliver one quality record after the next with ease, a feat that’s tough for even the most veterans bands to do. One year after releasing their last album, Personal Life, Two Inch Astronaut is back with its catchiest and most pop-heavy song yet.

“Snitch Jacket” is a sonic whiplash of soaring guitar riffs and well-crafted hooks, a fantastic lead single to push the band’s forthcoming album, Can You Please Not Help. Jawbox’s J. Robbins, who worked on Personal Life, helped record and mix Two Inch Astronaut’s new album.

Can You Please Not Help comes out on June 2 via Exploding in Sound, and you can pre-order the record here.
