Rejoice GoldLink fans: the Virginia emcee has announced plans to release a new album next Friday, titled At What Cost.
The record will be his first major label debut with RCA and the follow-up to his 2015 album, And After That, We Didn’t Talk. At What Cost will include his two recently released tracks, “Crew” featuring D.C. rapper Shy Glizzy and Baltimore singer-songwriter Brent Faiyaz along with “Meditation” featuring Jazmine Sullivan and Kaytranada.
On Wednesday, GoldLink also shared the album’s artwork, with most of the collaborators’ names blurred-out until the release date. Besides the featured artists on “Crew” and “Meditation,” veteran D.C. musician Kokayi also revealed yesterday via Instagram that he was a part of the new record, but didn’t go into too many specifics. From what we know so far, it sounds like At What Cost will be GoldLink’s best work to-date.
At What Cost will be released on Friday, March 24.
